Our PATIENTS $80 Monthly Credit may only be used
toward the medicine we grow in-house
and toward products we produce ourselves.
Our regular patrons have 2 options when considering us as your "provider" of medical marijuana. As you will see on your original paperwork, or on a change of caregiver form, there are 5 options....2 of these options concern us as an Medical Marijuana Center (MMC). The 3rd box designates us as the sole culitvator of your medicine. The 5th box stipulates that you, as a patient, are culitvating your medicine, and it allows us to culitvate some plants for you too. Depending on which box you check, you receive certain benefits from being with Natural Choice.
Option #1: - On your original paperwork or on a Change of Caregiver Form.... Section #14 designates a "provider"..... If you check the 3rd box, designating us solely as your MMC, the Benefits you will receive are as follows:
~After a 35 day waiting period (which is in place for the paperwork to clear the Health Dept's needs), you will begin to receive a monthly $80 credit DISPENSED BETWEEN the last 5 days of each MONTH. **WARNING: IF YOU DON'T CLAIM YOUR CARE PACKAGE DURING THE 5-DAY WINDOW, YOU LOSE THAT MONTHS BENEFITS. (unless special arrangements are made before the 10th) This credit can be used toward either 7grams of our Elite Medicinal Offerings....or $80 towards any of our products!! Also, your price will always be the SALE price on all of the Elite Medicinal Offerings!! (meaning you never pay more than $80/7grams) and you receive discounts on other select items!!
